First Capital Connect Delays Finsbury Park on the hottest July day on record. This summer is rapidly turning into commuter hell. Some of the problems have been unnavoidable (trackside fires, suicides). But First Capital Connect are not exactly proving themselves to be proficient at managing these frankly inevitable problems. Whatever happened to contingency plans? They pride themselves on improved customer information but every time I check the web site, it turns out to be wrong. If the ticket prices take a large leap at the end of the year, there'll be trouble! Come back WAGN all is forgiven.
